Book Reviews, Book Trailers, Author Events, Live Forum and Chat
Domain Names
Hello!
I am new to this site and hope that someone can help me out with a problem that I may or may not have.
I have a friend who is also the editor of a magazine that publishes my articles. She offered to buy a domain name for me and set up my website. I was really thrilled because I am completely computer illiterate when it comes to building websites. I went to go-daddy and searched for "Animal Spirit Guidance" which is the name of my articles. To my surprise, the name was already purchased by my friend, the editor! So I then used the underscore thing between the words and... her brother owned that one! When I asked her about it, she said that she and her brother liked the name I had given my articles and decided that they could use it in the future. Is this going to be a problem with my articles and book title? I checked the date of purchase and found that they purchased the names after my articles were running in her mag.
