The violent Gender - the Boy betrayed.
Much is talked about today's ever increasing violence. School shootings especially. Violence that is committed mostly by people that many still consider to be "Boys".
I have not used the tags "BOY-LOVE" & "MENTOR-SHIP" for nothing in my websites and blogs. They are not, - as some claim - "Code words for Male-Child-Sexual-Abuse-Promotion" - They are meant as they are spelled. LOVE.
"Tiny Eden" is centered around this topic. The emotional nurturing of the Male Child to become the mature and caring Male Adult.
I see in today's world and actions that we are mentoring our children not towards peace but towards more and more violence. Especially insensibility to the actual nature of our existence.

It is not just the issue of being in a single parent relation ship, Peter. The issue is "Isolation" from a community in general. We are no longer a "Village" we are living items that are labeled in terms of their "threat-factor". The incredible natural urge and need to belong is now biting us back in the form of street gangs. The natural fact that you cannot learn from someone with the same level of knowledge has been ignored.
It is a lot more to all this than just "bad parenting".
