Barely surviving the accident herself, his wife Ada, the museum's curator, refuses to accept the fact that Leon's death was a mere accident. He was a first-class space war pilot and such a mishap may happen only to a rookie. Besides, it had happened a minute after he revealed to her over the comlink the shocking news: he had just discovered artifacts of an ancient civilization on Mars. Undertaking a private investigation, the widow Ada Rianne Lua finds what seems to be evidence of a huge conspiracy, which will unravel even a deeper rabbit hole.
