Yeah, getting to the chat box can be confusing if you're new to the site. Look at the bottom of the window and you'll see a bar that says "author and book event center" (x members online) where x is the number of members online. Look directly right of this and you'll see a symbol bearing a horizontal line with an arrow pointing to it. This is your access to the live chat. Is there anything else I can help with?
