- I'm the creator of Substance Books Inc., Book Publicity Genie, Eco-Books, Authors' Web Design and Top Site Makeover and the damsel responsible for designing, programming and pampering these sites. I work as an Online Book Publicist and Search Engine Marketing Specialist offering my services to Authors and Publishers.
All my training and experience are focused around providing help and assistance to authors in order to increase their online exposure. I am a great believer in the power of networking through Web environments and Social Media Marketing catering to their targeted audience. I consider myself an Organic Entrepreneur. My team and I are motivated less by just the bottom line and more by honoring the need for authenticity and integrity.
My vision of the future includes a happy and healthy family, a small vineyard in Europe, a cleaner planet, crazily entertaining friends and satisfied clients.
My everyday heroes are: Shirley Cheng / Andrew Chak / Jacob Nielsen / Jordy Savall and the dog who adapted 6 kittens.
I live in Montréal, Quebec. I am passionate about my community, literature, early music, Search Engines and Social Media Marketing. As you can tell, I am quite content with what I do and wouldn't change a thing.

Jennifer Peterson daly said… - Createspace.com was a great experience for me at least. You need to have the ability to PDF the book. They step you through the process of uploading the cover, spine, and exterior design, and you can do that right on the site. Then they walk you through uploading the inside of the book itself, setting the price, your profit margin (and they take into consideration their costs and profit for you). You choose the finished book size (mine was 6 x 9 trade paperback). They will email you if anything is off spec or won't print right. You can modify files and re-upload. When it meets with their mechanical criteria, they notify you when a proof is mailed to you. You OK that proof online, and it's then available for purchase on their website. It takes around a week to appear on Amazon.com. Hope this helps!

- Most cookbooks can't really be "reviewed" but mine is different. No only are the recipes simple and the ingredients commonly found in most kitchens but I also offer ingredient change suggestions, tips and stories about the dishes.

Thanks for your comment. I thought it would be a much more exciting time than it is. But I don't know if my bubble got burst by so much negative publicity about the publishing company, or even the work that was done on my book. I still have yet to sell my first copy. Perhaps its just too expensive for these days ant times. I don't know. Your page is pretty exciting, seems like you are a very busy person. I'm not lucky enough to be busy with my writing "career" just yet, as I have been very busy with children and dogs lately. I hope that we will become fast friends.
