Beautiful artwork!
I’m new here and I just wanted to stop by and say hello. If you get a free moment, stop by my page here, or at WRDF.
I keep hot, buttery-sweet cinnamon rolls on the cyber-table at all times—go ahead, grab two.
Have a great day and a successful year,
Lynda
I write historicals. My first, Through Tempest Forged is set in the early stages of the American Revolution, in Virginia. I love historicals--they are my very favorite reads! It's great to meet you!

I've been involved with three book signings--not mine because the print is not out yet--but I've taken my business cards and I make a hot pink flyer. Guess what? The majority of people look at the vampire, werewolf, well, you get the picture, but when they see my book cover and my cowboy, it's something they understand and reach for my stuff. I began my journey declaring the Western Romance is not dead. The NY pubs think so--but I don't. On Wild Rose, there are, I think, about a dozen "lines." The Western Historical line (the Cactus Rose) has only about 8 authors--the others have 20, 30, 40, 50. But guess what? The Cactus line is popular.
I also said in the previous e-mail that I write historicals that aren't true romance. they have a little love story in there, but it's not a romance novel. One is about a 16-year-old girl in North Texas in 1901 who become involved with a man accused of murder in a coal moining town nearby. The story is about the "coming of age" of a sixteen year-old girl. This kind of novel is difficult to place. Good luck--later--Celia Yeary
