- I wear a lot of hats: professor of speech communication, public school board trustee and soon-to-be published author! A member (and currently moderator) of the Deadly Prose online critique group, I've written in a variety of genres: plays for children, horror stories, academic articles and opinion pieces on education. Mostly I write adult fantasy, which is to say fantasy novels for adult readers NOT novels about adult fantasies! I live in Stratford, ON, Canada with my life partner; we have two sons, aged 21 and 16. I am interested in all aspects of writing and read a wide range of genres. Glad to be part of the Author and Book Lover Event Centre. I will let everyone know when I have a release date for my novel, or a website or anything else new!

That, plus recent problems I have had with them, is making me rethink using them as a publisher.
My latest book, a horror novella, will probably be my last with Lulu; their latest policies are making it harder for international writers to publish with them.
