Your photo just looks so uptight to me. With the words Emotional Engineer - maybe you might want to put some emotion into your photo? SMILE - that goes a long way. Not being critical, just observant. I tried taking some new pictures of me and it just didn't work. The person in the photos is definitely not the person I feel like, it's like the camera snaps the in-between the being rather than the being.
But then again it could be vanity. Ah well...

Bert, the Emotional Engineer? Your face says intense. So are you flowing or pushing? Flowing works much better. I know, because I've mostly been a pusher. I push to get things done. Good quality yes, but there is also a balance to that energy. It's called Let Go and Let ...

Xlibris help me self publish but im looking for a new printing company. I really didnt know that I could have did everythig my self but I guess you live and learn.
